How to shop in our online store?
Add items to cart. Click the Cart icon at the top. You can buy as a guest or as a registered customer. Enter email postal address. Choose the delivery and payment method and click "Pay". To your e-mail you should receive an order confirmation in the mail. If you haven't received it, contact us by e-mail. by mail sales@autopublic.lt.
Can I remove items from the cart?
Yes. In the cart, next to the product on the right side, click the Delete button - icon.
Can I shop without an account?
Yes. You can purchase items as a guest.
How to cancel or adjust an order?
You can fully edit your order before submitting it. If you have already placed an order, but have not paid, it cannot be adjusted - cancel and click Repeat order , then all products will be added to your basket, you can adjust them or add additional products. To adjust the order after payment or cancel the order, contact the customer service center by phone +370 640 66947 or e-mail by mail sales@autopublic.lt. Be sure to include the order number, name and surname.
Can you deliver to another address?
Yes, buyer's address and shipping address can be different. In the order window, select Deliver to a different address and fill in a different delivery address. And if you buy as a registered customer, select addresses from the address book or enter a new address.
How do I know that the purchase was successful?
After successful completion of the order to the specified e-mail you will receive a confirmation by mail and an order tracking link where you can see all the order information. If you did not receive the confirmation, make sure that the e-mail the e-mail address was entered correctly and the e-mail did not go to the Spam/Junk folder. If you think that you have placed the order correctly, but you cannot find a confirmation - contact the customer service center by phone +370 640 66947 or e-mail by mail sales@autopublic.lt.

How to create a new customer account?
At the top of the page, in the right corner, click on the My account icon and press Register . Fill in the required fields, agree to the rules and click Register . To your e-mail you should receive a registration confirmation by mail.
If I forgot my user password?

Can I change my contact information?
Only registered users can edit their contact details. After logging in to your account, click on My Account , and then Edit" or go to the Address Book , where you can edit all available contact addresses.
Order
Can I check - track the status of my order?
Yes, after placing an order, you will receive an order tracking link via SMS and email. In this link you will be able to check the status of your order, view the courier tracking code and status.
Why was my order cancelled?
There can be several reasons for rejection:

we have not received payment for the goods;
the order was rejected at your request;
insufficient balance of ordered goods in stock.
I didn't receive an order confirmation letter?
This may have happened due to a wrongly specified email. email address or server failure. Please contact us by email. by mail sales@autopublic.lt.
I received the wrong goods, what should I do?
If you are sure that the goods you received are not yours, then contact the customer service center by phone +370 640 66947 or e-mail by mail sales@autopublic.lt.
I received the parcel, but it does not contain all the ordered goods, what should I do?
If you have ordered more than one item, they may come from different warehouses and arrive at different times, usually the difference is 1-2 working days. If you ordered one or more products from the same warehouse and the package you received is missing the product you ordered, then contact the customer service center by phone +370 640 66947 or e-mail by mail sales@autopublic.lt.
I received my order, but the item(s) are damaged, what should I do?
You can return the goods within 14 working days of receiving them, returns are made through your order and/or returns link. To return, click on the Return goods link and after selecting which goods you want to return, follow the further information.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in Lithuania is included in the price of the goods. Delivery to other countries is subject to additional charges. You can see the final shipping price in the order payment window (in the cart) by specifying your country and entering the shipping price.
How long does it take for the package to be delivered?
We deliver goods throughout Lithuania within 1-3 working days. We deliver goods to other countries within 3-7 working days.
How are parcels delivered?
Parcels are delivered via DPD courier.
Can another person accept the package?
Yes, select Deliver to another address in the order window and enter the other person's contact details and address.
Do you deliver to other countries?
Yes, we deliver goods to all countries of the European Union. If you did not find your country, but you want to purchase goods, then contact the customer service center by phone +370 640 66947 or e-mail by mail sales@autopublic.lt.
Why haven't I received my package yet?
In most cases, goods reach customers within 1-3 working days in Lithuania, and to other countries within 3-7 working days. If you have not received the product for more than 7 working days, please contact the customer service center by phone +370 640 66947 or e-mail by mail sales@autopublic.lt.
What happens if I am not at home when the courier arrives?
Before arrival, the courier will contact you by phone if you are a private person.
Can I collect the goods myself?

Payment
How can I pay for the goods?
You can pay via electronic banking, credit card, VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, as well as pay in cash or with a payment card to the courier (in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Invoices for natural persons are sent by e-mail. after delivering the goods by mail. In order for the invoice to be issued to a legal entity (company), it is necessary to check the box next to the item Company , which you will find in the order payment basket.
I can't pay for my order for some reason, what should I do?

Return
What items can I return?
All items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Where to send returned goods?
Complete the return via the Returns link found in your order confirmation email (at the bottom). Once the goods are filled, we will send you a return sticker, which will need to be affixed to the shipment of returned goods.
How long does it take for the money to be returned to the bank account?
After sending the returned goods, when we receive your returned goods and check them, we pass the accounting department to refund the money. It usually takes up to 3-5 working days (depending on the bank).
