1.1. Electrical goods are not guaranteed and these goods cannot be returned (according to the rules of returning and exchanging items of the Republic of Lithuania)
1.2. Lithuanian legislation clearly provides that the seller of used goods is not obliged to accept quality used goods purchased by the buyer, such goods can be accepted and money returned only with the consent of the seller. The buyer has the right to:
1.2.1. Return quality purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the goods.
1.2.2. To return if it turns out that the product is of inadequate quality or has defects that the Seller did not discuss with the Buyer before the sale of the product - within a reasonable period that meets the requirements of legal acts, but no later than within 15 (fifteen) days from the receipt of the product.
1.3. In order to return purchased goods, the buyer must fill out the product return form, which can be found at https://autopublic.org/prekiu-grazinimas. After receiving a low-quality or unsuitable product, the Buyer is recommended to contact the consultants working on the website and agree on a replacement of the product or a refund of the product and money.
1.4. High-quality goods can be exchanged or returned if the Buyer's request to replace or return the goods is satisfied, if the goods have not been used, are not damaged, their properties have been preserved and they have not lost their commercial appearance, and the Buyer has documents confirming the purchase and sale of the Goods from the Seller.
1.5. Goods can be recognized as low-quality and exchanged for high-quality ones (if this is possible) or returned if:
1.5.1. They do not correspond to the description provided by the Seller and do not have the same characteristics as the goods provided by the Seller as a sample or model, or have defects that the Seller did not specify before selling the item;
1.5.2. They do not meet the quality indicators that are usually typical for items of the same type and that the Buyer can reasonably expect based on the nature of the item;
1.5.3. The buyer has reasonable suspicions that the product was manufactured in violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties (for example, it is not original, although it was declared as such), acquired or distributed in illegal ways.
1.6. If at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer knew or should have known about the non-conformities of the goods (e.g. information was published about the defects of the goods, operational deficiencies, etc.), it is considered that they were of adequate quality. Used goods of suitable quality can be exchanged or returned only with the consent of the Seller.
2.1. The defects of the sold goods are removed, high-quality and low-quality goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania and 2014. July 22 The procedure established in the Retail Trade Rules approved by order of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. 2.1
2.2. When returning goods, the buyer must comply with the following conditions:
2.2.1. The returned Product must be in a neat package.
2.2.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
2.2.3. The returned Product must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
2.2.4. The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn off, etc.).
2.3. If the Buyer does not comply with the above procedure for returning goods, the Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, but this provision does not limit the right of the Buyer to defend his rights if the goods were sold of inappropriate quality.
2.4. After the Buyer has agreed with the Seller all the conditions for the return of the goods, the Buyer submits a written request to the Seller, indicating the defects of the Goods (if the goods are of poor quality) and the reasons for the return, as well as a document confirming the purchase and sale of the goods from the Seller.
3.1. In all cases, quality goods are returned at the expense of the Buyer. At the Buyer's request, the Seller can call a courier service at his own expense, but these costs are borne by the Buyer.
3.2. If a defective product is returned, a product that does not match the description of the advertisement, or the product that was not published in the advertisement is received, the shipping costs are covered by the Original Seller of the product.
4.1. In the product return form, along with other specified information, the Buyer indicates the bank account number to which the money paid for the product must be returned.
4.2. After the Buyer has agreed with the Seller all the conditions for returning the Product, the money is transferred to the specified bank account within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Real Seller of the product received the product.
5.1. The Buyer understands that autopublic.org only acts as an intermediary between the seller of the Genuine Product and the Buyer, helping the Buyer to find, choose, get acquainted with the offered product, order the product, pay the price of the product and deliver the product to the place chosen by the Buyer.
5.2. The Supplier undertakes to cooperate and provide assistance to the Buyer in order to return the defective product to the Genuine Seller.
5.3. In the event of a conflict between the Buyer and the Seller, the final decision is made by the service provider.
5.4. If the Service Provider makes a decision in favor of the Buyer, the Service Provider transfers the money paid to the Buyer for the goods to the bank account specified by the Buyer in the goods return form within 5 (five) working days from the day of the decision.
