1. RETURN PROVISIONS

1.1. Electrical goods are not guaranteed and these goods are not taken back (according to the rules of return and exchange of goods of the Republic of Lithuania)

1.2. Lithuanian legislation clearly stipulates that the seller of second-hand goods is not obliged to accept quality second-hand goods purchased by the buyer, such goods may be accepted and the money returned only with the consent of the seller. The buyer has the right to:

1.2.1. Return quality purchased goods within 10 (ten) days after receipt of the goods.

1.2.2. To return if it turns out that the goods are of improper quality or have defects, which the Seller did not discuss with the Buyer before the sale of the goods - within a reasonable term in accordance with legal requirements, but not later than within 15 (fifteen) days from receipt.

1.3. In order to return the purchased goods, the buyer must fill in the goods return form, which can be found at https://autopublic.org/prekiu-grazinimas. If you receive a defective or unsuitable product, the Buyer is advised to contact the consultants working on the website and agree on a replacement of the product or a refund of the product and money.

1.4. Quality goods may be replaced or returned if the Buyer's request to replace or return the goods is met, if the goods have not been used, damaged, its properties have not been preserved and the goods have not lost their appearance and the Buyer has documents confirming the purchase and sale of the Goods from the Seller.

1.5. Goods may be considered to be of poor quality and exchanged for quality (if possible) or returned if:

1.5.1. They do not correspond to the description provided by the Seller and do not have the same characteristics as the goods provided by the Seller as a sample or model, or have defects that were not specified by the Seller before the sale of the goods;

1.5.2. They do not correspond to the quality indicators that are usually characteristic of items of the same type and which the Buyer can reasonably expect based on the nature of the item;

1.5.3. The buyer has reasonable suspicions that the product has been manufactured in violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties (e.g., not original, even though it has been declared so), acquired or distributed in an illegal manner.

1.6. If at the time of concluding the contract the Buyer knew or should have known about the discrepancies in the goods (eg information about defects in the goods, malfunctions, etc.) was published, they are considered to be of appropriate quality. Used goods of suitable quality may be replaced or returned only with the consent of the Seller.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE

2.1. Defects in the sold goods are eliminated, high-quality and low-quality goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania and the 2014 July 22 In accordance with the procedure established in the Retail Trade Rules approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.2.1

2.2. When returning the goods, the buyer must comply with the following conditions:

2.2.1. Returned Product must be in neat packaging.

2.2.2. The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

2.2.3. The returned Product must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;

2.2.4. The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peeled off protective films, etc.).

2.3. If the Buyer does not follow the above procedure for returning the goods, the Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, but this provision does not limit the right of the Buyer to defend his rights if the goods of poor quality were sold.

2.4. After the Buyer agrees with the Seller all the conditions for returning the goods, the Buyer submits a written request to the Seller stating the defects of the Goods (if the goods are defective) and the reasons for return and the document confirming the purchase and sale of the goods from the Seller.

3. COSTS OF SHIPPING RETURNED GOODS

3.1. In all cases, quality goods are returned at the expense of the Buyer. At the request of the Buyer, the Seller may call a courier service at his own expense, but these costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

3.2. If a defective product is returned, a product that does not comply with the description of the Advertisement, or a product other than the one that was published in the Advertisement was received, the shipping costs shall be covered by the Real Seller of the product.

4. REFUND PROCEDURE

4.1. In the return form, together with other specified information, the Buyer shall indicate the bank account number to which the money paid for the goods must be returned.

4.2. After the Buyer agrees with the Seller all the conditions for returning the Goods, the money is transferred to the specified bank account within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the Actual Seller of the goods received the goods.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER

5.1. The Buyer understands that autopublic.org only mediates between the Real Seller of the product and the Buyer, helping the Buyer to find, select, get acquainted with the offered product, order the product, pay the price of the product and deliver the product to the place chosen by the Buyer.

5.2. The Supplier undertakes to cooperate and provide assistance to the Buyer in order to return the defective product to the Real Seller.

5.3. In the event of a conflict between the Buyer and the Seller, the final decision is made by the service provider.

5.4. If the Service Provider makes a decision in favor of the Buyer, the Service Provider shall transfer the money paid for the Buyer to the bank account specified by the Buyer in the return form within 5 (five) working days from the date of the decision.
