Delivery and payment of goods

We deliver goods throughout Lithuania and Latvia within 1-3 working days. To other countries we deliver within 3-8 working days.

Your ordered goods will be delivered by our partner UAB „DPD Lietuva“.

All delivery costs are included in the price of the goods, so there is no additional delivery cost.

How should I deal with a damaged parcel?

When you receive your parcel, please inspect the packaging. If you notice that the parcel is damaged:

1. You may refuse the parcel.

2. Notify the courier who delivered the parcel to fill in a Packaging Damage Report. Do not forget to seal it. The outer packaging must be opened (as you received it without tearing the packaging) and the goods themselves must be opened while they are still in the box (to show the inner packaging of the parcel).

If you accept a damaged parcel and do not make a note on the acceptance document, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered undamaged!

 

I have received a damaged parcel, what should I do?

When you receive your parcel, please inspect the packaging. If you notice that the parcel is damaged:

•  We recommend that you refuse the shipment.

•  Please inform the courier who delivered the parcel or the staff at the collection point to fill in a Packaging Damage Report.

•  If you receive a damaged parcel, be sure to take a photo of the damage.

If the damaged parcel is accepted and no remarks are made on the acceptance document, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered undamaged. If you notice any damage after unpacking the parcel, please take a photo of the item and contact our Customer Service Department by phone +370 640 66947 or by email sales@autopublic.lt

 

You can pay for the goods by cash (Lithuania), electronic banking, credit and debit cards or PayPal.

For your convenience, we offer you to pay for your goods as you are used to in a regular shop – in cash. If you choose this payment method, you will not pay at the time of ordering, but when the courier delivers the goods.

You can pay at AutoPublic.org using online banking or Paysera payment system. It's safe, simple and fast.

We also allow you to pay for your orders via PayPal.
