Return of goods and return rules

You can return goods purchased at AutoPublic within 14 working days from the day of delivery. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, and if not, we are ready to provide all possible assistance to solve your problem or you can fill out the return form in your order window. 1. Return conditions

1.1. When returning an item, please ensure that it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

1.2. The item must be returned in the same package and condition as it was received and must not be damaged or damaged. Before sending the product to you, our team takes a picture of the condition of the product, so we hope to receive the product as we sent it to you.

1.3. Goods can be recognized as low-quality and exchanged for high-quality ones (if this is possible) or returned if:

1.3.1. they do not correspond to the description provided by the seller and do not have the same characteristics as the goods provided by the seller as a sample or model; or has defects that the seller did not specify before selling the product;

1.3.2. they do not meet the quality indicators that are usually typical for items of the same type and that the buyer can reasonably expect based on the nature of the item;

1.3.3. the buyer has reasonable suspicions that the product was manufactured in violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties (for example, it is not original, although it was declared as such), acquired or distributed in illegal ways;

2. Money back guarantee

2.1. The return guarantee starts from the date of receipt of the item.

2.2. The money for the returned product will be refunded within 1-2 working days from the arrival of the product in our warehouse.

2.3. If the product was paid for by credit card, the refund will reach the recipient within 5-10 working days.

3. Return procedure

3.1. For buyers in Lithuania: To return the product, fill out the return form in your order, choose a convenient time when the courier will come to collect the returned product from you, print the provided sticker and stick it on the prepared package. Wait for the courier to arrive.

3.2. For buyers outside of Lithuania: To return an item, fill out the return form and submit it in your order. Within 1-2 working days, we will send you a sticker by e-mail, which you will have to put on the prepared package. The courier should contact you on the phone number specified in your order before coming to pick up the package.

3.3. The delivery period for returned items is up to 5 working days from the date of submission of the return form. If the returned parts are not delivered within this period, the return guarantee will not apply.

4. Return costs

4.1. AutoPublic's money-back guarantee does not cover costs that exceed the original order and shipping amount.

4.2. If the goods sent were not to Lithuania and you decided to return the goods because you no longer want the goods, but the goods have already been sent. The delivery amount is non-refundable.
